Rev. Saúl Gastélum is an inspiring leader who weaves faith, technology, and cultural diversity together in his journey as a pastor, musician, and culinary enthusiast.
Rev. Gastélum has served various churches in North Carolina for over seven years. His bilingual and cultural background allows him to bridge communities, inviting everyone into a deeper connection with the divine through the universal language of love.
He strongly believes that God is constantly seeking a relationship with each and every one of us, no matter our backgrounds or experiences. He has witnessed a consistent presence of the divine throughout his ups and downs and across cultural and language barriers.
Beyond the pulpit, he finds joy in the art of cooking. Whether crafting a traditional feast or experimenting with flavors, he sees cooking as a form of communion—a tangible expression of love and hospitality.
Angier UMC is led by groups of dedicated volunteers, lay leaders as well as clergy.
